Took me couple of times to finally get my order, the 1 time it just froze every time i click on the pay button and there's a pop up notification that said combo isnt exist at this time, blocked, cannot redeem coupon when i wasnt even used a coupon and the combo still available bcs on my 3rd attempt i finally can proceed to the payment. Also the 1st attempt was cancelled by the app after the froze when i click pay it just cancel itself(?), the 2nd order just gone after the froze when i click pay.

Really buggy app. Can't use voucher because of pending payment, didn't have button to continue the payment and forced to re-order without using the voucher. Contacted customer service and they blame on the user's internet connection instead of saying sorry. Such a disappointment of an app.

Have been using this app for about a year and I enjoy the service. Orders are well recorded, various payment options, oizza delivery can be tracked on map, and pizza is delivered as scheduled. Hopefully the service keeps on getting better 😉

It's now mostly functional, but still with a lot of bugs and weird UX design. For example, scanning PH QR code on the pizza box, would just make the app not responding. The order/checkout flow is also unclear whether the destination and/or payment method is correct or not, before committing for the checkout.

I order from this app basically just to get free shipping but the app is glitchy, confusing and lagging. First i cannot use my "back/return" button, then i also couldn't save my address and even if i saved it, it's not detailed. And the price is excluding tax which makes it a little tricky.

horrible UI for a company that has branches all around Indonesia. This app is truly disappointing with many errors and hassles with payment, I had to input my order for more than 10 times before I actually could get the order placed. Literally shopeefood or gofood does way better on so many aspects, i had to input my address many times it kept on returning to the home screen when I wanted to check my address. EVEN SO, AFTER I FINALLY GOT THE ORDER PAID "it said order not placed" such retardation
