Security issues. 1. Why this app asks to update when you start it after fresh install from google play, instead of putting new version in the Play? Is it because it doesn't meet google standards? 2. why this app doesn't allow to change default username and password on a camera, which is admin/admin? This is so stupid to keep default passwords!!!

Cameras are difficult to set up. Also have to pay for a subscription to each camera. I have 3, i have to pay separately for each of them. Also, wife and i have two different phones, it only allows you to hook up one phone. If you try to hook up the other phone, it kicks the other one off. The cameras themselves work but its bad app and system. Too expensive.

Update: After a few months of installing/reinstalling, video lag(hardwired), recording playback is horrible. Having to scroll to the exact recording time, never works. Should just be able to select from a drop window. Once my SD card reaches 61% used, I have issues where I can not view my recordings. Recording time stamp for my region is off by 1hour. Setting up camera is ok. Make sure you setup before installing in your specific location. You get what you pay for. This product is a headache.

Got 1 camera and only picked up a 2nd camera because they were practically giving it away. Picture quality....4 out of 5. I used the month trial with the cloud. No problems. As soon as that month was up problems started. Continually disconnecting. Also, play back from memory card.it works.it dont work! Play back speed.its there.its gone! I cant work out why this is so temperamental. But I have my suspicions it has something to do with the cloud and if you subscribed to or not. AVOID!

My husband and I are both happy with the app so far. We have 4 cameras and both of us have the app. The only thing we hate is that the camera goes offline every so often and we have to reboot it when we get home. That's rather annoying. Not sure why because we live in town and have great internet. Other than that we don't have problems. The app itself has been very good for us.

It's expired, so it no longer saves video to the cloud, however it will still push alarms to me over the internet. It won't save to the sd card because I need to update the software. But not through the play store. But even if I allow installs from untrusted sources, it won't install the update. Poor software makes the camera a worthless piece of garbage
