How can an app be so rubbish. This device is not cheap. Explain to me why the hell, once in settings, I can not navigate back to driving range. So I have to quit the app and when I re-enter the device has to re-pair. Which of course it does not do unless I exit and switch on and off Bluetooth. That is the thing I don't want to do because I actually have working devices connected unlike yours. No wonder your ratings are so terrible.

I had a Samsung phone that was using Android 7.1.1 (their latest build for that 3 month old phone). The robot would drop in and out every couple of seconds making it impossible to use. Google put out a 7.1.2 release with specific fixes for some Bluetooth devices. Despite making Samsung aware of the issue (numerous trips to have it checked and repaired) I believe if Samsung implemented this version the issue would have disappeared. They were not really interested in doing a new build. Got a new Motorola (android 8.0) and now pairing is stable. Generally the device works well, distances, PIQ details. I have had issues with my scores doubling and quadrupling once I sync online. I have also had shots from the next hole assigned to the previous hole. I once skipped 2 holes and they were all assigned to the last hole I played. A bit more intelligence about what hole you are on or that driver always means you are on the next hole would seem sensible. Being able to edit the hole a shot should relate to would be useful as a minor fix. I am in contact with the developers and hope that we can get these sort of issues sorted out.

Absolutely horrible performance with the PIQ, I am very frustrated that I paid as much as I did for the kit. The app worked great before, now it keeps registering all sorts of incorrect hits (30+ per hole), and it won't retain any of the corrections you make manually. Worthless, had to turn it off and stop using it yesterday.

The app works well, I'm using it with PIQ sensor, I consider it the easiest tool to record my game including swings. BUT! Some actions take incredibly long time, like switching holes manually, sync and some more. The pairing of tags with clubs is too fixed, with more than 3 tags failed and only 3 spare tags I can't use to it's full extent, allowing redefining unused club tags to failed ones would solve the problem. Also I can't edit the typical distance for clubs etc. Need more flexible bag.
