OMG. This app is just ridiculous. I went to sign up, got prompted to a screen asking for my last name, prescription #, and DOB. As if scrolling to 1981 wasn't bad enough, I got an error message stating my info was wrong. It's literally impossible to sign up! This app makes me want to switch pharmacies. I don't know who made this app for Realo, but you need to sit down somewhere. It is VERY clear that you have no idea what you're doing. Folks, save your time and sanity by avoiding this!!

The messaging function does not work. I get a notification saying I have been sent a message, but no message is visible in the thread. App says meds are available for refill, but then the pharmacy says it is too early. Need to be able to see a refill history or at least the date it was last filled.

App allows me to refill prescriptions, that's great. BUT that's about it. Messages haven't loaded since Feb. I get a new message notification, and then nothing loads on the app. Would be better if, at least, the available options worked.

Useless inconvenient app will be promptly uninstalling. Told me drugs were available for pickup. & I'm sitting at the pharmacy, they told me: I could not pick them up as they weren't accessible they said too early in contrast to the app stating otherwise. I am completely disgusted... Considering changing pharmacies, very strongly!
