They are very helpful before you drop money, once you do, good luck. I will update rating when somebody responds to my request for assistance or they provide a phone number that paying members can use for assistance (and that I don't have to dig an hour to find).

App doesn't work right. When I get a text notice that aprospective tenant has messaged me, it says, "Go to the App, open your Dashboard, and select the message to view it. " On the App, there is no dashboard, & when you check messages, it's not there. For the last 5, there was nothing there. About 10 minutes later a message may appear on my email server, but it's still not on the app, nor the website. When I asked for support, their response was, exit the app, remove cookies, reboot.

I'm a host and this app won't let me update my calendar now! Please fix! I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I sent the developer an email about it 5/2/21.

The most incapable tech and support teams I've ever encountered. Their app seems made by a non-gifted middle school student in 1985, and their usability is not better on either phone or website forms. Having a property already listed, from which all I get is scam attempts, I tried adding a new property but a new "feature" won't process my profile verification and claims I'm behind a VPN. After hrs spent on the phone w/ "clear the cache" advice and promises of resolution, they can't get it right.

Just installed this app to manage my leads/tenant messages better from my phone but this app has got all my messages mixed up between the two properties I have listed. It is showing me a booking request that I do not see at the website and for days that I have no availability.😔

Really only good if you can get messages or leads for tenants, otherwise we nothing else works.
