Delivery service is completely ridiculous. They take about 1hr 30 mins to just delivery of two vada pav from goli. The Delivery Boys also don't priotize time management. The Owner of Bhojan App needs to have consistency with time.I order alternate days as I leave in flat.

Very bad service...every time dilevery boy demanding extra money for delivery. This time they made the hike of unprofessionalism..After the voice call of owner they continue to demamded the extramoney....now the call center boy demanded 40/- for delivery...Installing the Zomato & Foodigo...they are more professional & gives the free delivery...also unistalling this pathetic app..😏

Worst app ever... The man who took order he talk very rudly and i order a biryani but the quantity was very less... Maine chicken biryani order kiya and same time mere bhai ko bola ek biryani tu khud jake le aa fir hum ne dono ki quantity dekha to dono ki quantity me fark tha means ke hum k Jo khud laye the wo zyada tha....

Pathetic service. They take order and then after 30min they call and say order can't be delivered due to rush at their end. Sometimes they also lie that items are not available in the restaurent. But when we call restaurent they say items are available.

such irresponsible people these guyz do not pick up the calls and delivered uncooked food.... stuck with it now... never expexted this we were regular coustumer.... perviosly service was better

Worst service of bhojan app and the app is hopeless it does not work properly the coustmer executive are very rude too talk they dont even have manners too talk with tje customers
