Don't use app, just a collected data

Once to twice it's easy to make a submission but suddenly it's just because it's late because it's not enough a few hundred thousand has already been billed like being chased by a demon. I have been using this app for years, sometimes I even received a call from their CS offering the loan, they said, I have good record. But one day, H-1 maturity, the collector called me asking the payment with rude and offensive tone. As if they were asking for Late payment?!. Have they checked my track record?! Very annoying collection agents. Sorry, will never us this app again, cause I don't want to meet those annoying collection agents anymore. And I'm planning to raise this issue to OJK.

Oke, this apps has helped me this past few years, but this morning , the collector made me sick and im done with them, more than 1 and half year, and never late before. And by today i got alot of calls and message and whatsapp, like im gonna late or flee from this debt. Thank you for your help Go! You were great before but now im going to uninstall.
