Useless crapware... Mobile fueling is the only reason to install this, but multiple attempts at each of multiple locations returned "can't contact servers"; until today when it didn't get that far because it was stuck on Truck Island. Never has trouble contacting up-sell marketing spam servers though, so they are NOT interested in customer service, just greed. Private feedback in-app is ignored, so it's time to warn others not to bother until they FIRE the braindead developers and start over.

all in all a pretty good app, a little buggy sometimes but that's pretty rare. biggest problem I have is most likely device related not app related, that being that it occasionally won't realize I'm at a location so I can't use the fueling part of the app. that's pretty rare though maybe 1 in 30 stops. other than that it's been pretty reliable.

Update (6/25/2021), Since they fixed the problems with this app it is working much better. I like the fact that I can fuel using the app and it saves my receipts, so I don't have to go into the store (unless I need a paper copy). Since the new app update (04/2019), I can no longer use the app to fuel. It is glitchy and takes some time to open on my Galaxy S5. Called Pilot Services and was told they are aware of the issue and it is only with older android based phones.

When it does work properly it's an asset.. when it doesn't work properly: like today the program opened with the last shower I requested at a different location a few days ago and there's no way to cancel, the app once gave me a shower that was already being used by someone else and he didn't lock the door, it gave me and another driver the same shower at the same time, and a few times it didn't register with the location at all had to get my card..

Love the 4 pts per gal and the deals. Also quick prime parking reservations! If you book the last spot on app at the same time someone books it inside the store...app person gets it! Sadly though...the deals this year have been pretty lame. Last yr there were a lot of great deals on the hot bar!

It's nice to see y'all finally offering a military/veteran discount, but it doesn't really matter when we can't even do the steps for verification because the app won't open the link, just dims the screen and does nothing else. Edit: 06/16/2021: thank you for fixing the bug with the link for ID.me.
