My gripes are that the way text is added is extremely annoying, I wish you could make a text box instead of individual blocks of text, it makes it really hard to fit text into a specific space. Also smart erase doesn't work at all, it's literally the same as manual erase. Also most of the features for erasing parts of a photo are all the same. The "smart erase" is actually just a manual erase and the restore feature is also a manual erase for some reason

Been using this for 2-3 years and on the latest update it stopped working, I have tried uninstalling and redownloading it for so many times and it only display its logo and a black background, I've been loyal to this up and now I can have my work done because its not working, is it possible to give 0 stars? Coz that's what it deserves.

Used to love this app and now I'm looking for a new one. The app takes forever to load, I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling. The app crashes, and for some reason, the quality of photo generated is poor, worse than the original minus the color/lighting edits...will be installing as soon as I find a new app

Used to love this app but now I hate it! I don't like that some of the features are blocked and you have to subscribe to use them. Also, when I try to add text to a photo, it looks terrible, the text is blurry and pixelated, and nothing I've tried has fixed it. The app is also slow and glitchy.

I signed up for a trial Subscription, and canceled it before trial was over, but PicMonkey kept charging my credit card. I contacted customer service to get to the bottom of this, but they haven't been any help. I have been charged for something that I canceled and haven't even been using.

I used to love this app! I like to upload and edit pictures on my phone, but lately it glitches or is very slow. If I select Upload or My Hub, I get a "Start free trial" button. The only thing to do is click it or exit out. When I click start free trial it says I have already purchased. I can't do anything on the app anymore. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have contacted support 2 or 3 times with no response. That is unacceptable.
