Cant even sign up on the app because it's not uploading my pix and no miss to contact you guyz for help

Very unpleasant experience so far. App is malfunctioning and ordering for ride by itself. Customer care number appearing as rider number. 23 minutes ride showing 0.26km as distance travelled and consequently making the customer pay far far less than what he should have paid. I just wasted fuel for nothing. This is horrible.
