The app sucks. I can't even open it. Keeps telling me my number is associated with an existing accout, but I keep punching in the info related to it, and nothing. Not even 'Password Reset' feature. Nothing. So basically I can't use the app at all now. Poor programming and design of an app

Failed terribly. I tried to book a short trip which was priced at around $8. The app said it could not process my trip and to try again. It then processed 7 x $50 off my credit card. Now i have no money ans no lift. Absolute con and failure.

please explain to me the point of having a cab company in west kelowna if 90% of the Cabs are in kelowna doing literally nothing, waited 30min for someone to accept my trip and kelowna cabs accepted within 10 so I'm going with them

The lady named Gail that just came to pick me up was super rude. I'm on my
way boating and have a crop top on and she tells me to put on a
shirt....you obviously dont realize Gail that #1 it's totally legal to be
topless in Canada and #2 this is kelowna bc Canada in the summer everyone
wears bikini tops and crops...that is discrimination...and now you have
lost a good customer that takes alot ot cabs..good for you
