My experience with this app has been extremely sub optimal. Just today I booked and was waiting almost an hour. Just to get a message "your trip has been cancelled" I called them and they say they dont know what happened, and blame me. Then say a cab will be here shortly. So now the app is superfluous as I had to call anyway. Then after the hour is up I call again and they tell me it will be 20 more minutes. So I cancel and end up walking. Its disgraceful. 500 character limit. I could continue.

Super glitchy. App gives me an error every time I try to book a cab.

I downloaded the app to set up a taxi pickup for later in the afternoon. The app wouldn't show my scheduled pick up but would notify me when I went to re-book a taxi, saying that I already had one scheduled. When the time came for me to get picked up, there was no taxi and when I called Blue Bird there was no pick up scheduled for me. Had to book one over the phone, and ended up being late for the appointment, which I was trying to avoid by booking ahead.

Terrible experience! If you are outside of the downtown area expect to be waiting a LONG time. I booked a cab and they told me it would be 15-20 min. After waiting 28 min I received a text message saying my cab would be another 17 minutes! So they had specifically NOT routed a cab from downtown to me at UVIC (20 min away from downtown & 12 from the Quadra location) but waited for a cab on it's way BACK fr. the airport. The operator blamed me for not preplanning, even though I booked & explained!

Didn't receive an sms for the code to verify the number (don't want to autoverify since i don't feel that it's secure). Very poor app performance even from the start.

terrible app. when i zoomed in it was all red, and just wouldn't detect my location, kept saying searching. App is a poor reflection.
