The app is incredibly basic but the company itself is an absolute joke. You're better off walking or taking a bus if you live in the tricities, I feel for you if you need to rely on these absolute idiots. They drive away after arriving early for SET pickup times, they have terrible customer service and will straight up lie to you about details on where your cab is, just to keep you standing there waiting.

I like the company and they've always had great response times and friendly drivers, but this app doesn't work at all for me. Just keep telling me that it "can't book my trip", so I end up having to call in.

Descent cab drivers, but if dispatch doesnt feel like answering phones you're going to be waiting a while. Multiple times I've spent up to 20mins on the phone on hold before getting through only to have the driver say something like "Oh thats wierd, I've been waiting 15mins for a call." Get your dispatch in order.

awesome drivers , but like most reviews terrible dispatch . they literally are upto nothing most likely but will have you waiting forever. too bsd i live in the boons and rely on it to get home.. definetly need to fix somethings about their service
