it's very unreliable.. there are days when the app works but now as of late it's been telling me to check my connection even though my connection is excellent.. I believe it's a bug that needs to be fixed quickly.

I booked over an hour in advance, and when the pick-up time came the app told me my trip was cancelled. I booked again for the current time, and a few minutes later that trip was cancelled. I won't be bothering with this app again.
