There are hidden amounts you have to pay while buying the ticket. That is not fair. For instance, at the time of reservation you will show the Ticket Fare Rs. 6300 but you have to pay Rs. 7200 at the time of buying the ticket.

Worst services, customer care is super lazy and unprofessional. They are problem creators for passengers, web booking team so ill-mannered. No TAT for refunds, complaints. I made mistake booking with them. Will avoid further.

Doesn't work at all, doesn't even search the city/airport. They have same problem with the website. I have sent emails but have received no response. Useless people working for PIA.

App require a lot of improvements, for example Multi city and even for normal schedule it shows no schedule If user date selection for flights not available, it should show alternative date on which flight are available. Award Plus related tabs are not linked here. why do we need to use a seperate app or site. please put them all at one place. Also make it user friendly, as it does not use the information of tickets which are bought from the agents.
