The app keeps stopping when I'm trying to pick my photos to upload. Then it won't even tell you if the photo/video was uploaded. The Aura frame's app is tons better but it doesn't allow videos. This app is very frustrating to use.

Easy to upload pictures but can't see what pictures are on the frame unless you have the frame. App USED to show you... 1-2 years ago. We bought the digital picture frame for my parents. I shared the credentials with my siblings to add pictures but none of us can see what other pictures the others added.

Cannot upload photos, only successful once. Very disappointing for home much the frame was.

Can't even sign up. Never get the verification email. I've requested it several times and waited several minutes. It's not in spam. Uninstalled.

I need to see the photos I have already sent to my parent's frame so I don't double! I agree, the update made uploading TERRIBLY slow! Please fix!
