This Is fun so far. I would like to make a suggestion for the face swap. You try to blend the faces together which does not work necessarily. Could you add an option to use the whole face? If I am using a recognizable person and the lower part of the face is changed it makes the person unrecognizable.

Despite the basic appearance, this app is extremely well designed! It's easy to use, doesn't take up too much space, and is very impressive when it comes to images and text molding onto the templates. I'd suggest having more newspaper templates that don't have people holding them, for some variety. Also maybe some thanksgiving themed templates?
