Thay want to access your phonebook contact once they got you basic data Name , Mobile No and Email after that denied to go further until you provide all access they want They got all your data to show Invester that they have this much download and to increase their market value Purely fraudulent act because you have no option to withdraw details given by you if you are not interested If they want access all your contacts list they should show it at the time of asking your basic details
