Phone watch, will you fix the app please. Telling me I'm either online or offline. When it's actually off. When I am turning it off in the mornings it's not going off, have to turn it off twice.... Please fix this issue! Other than that I'm very happy with phone watch! And I wouldn't be without the alarm system.

Overall idea and layout of the app is easy to navigate. Only issue so far is when my alarm is activated and I deactivate the alarm using anything decides the app, the app doesn't pick it up remains showing 'Armed' status. For this reason I can only give 3 stars. If issue was fixed then full stars will be rewarded. Dropping to 2 stars as the app is now also failing to send me push notifications and takes 1-2 minutes to load to check the status of my alarm which is not the correct status!

When I'm using my app or zapper it takes too long to let you know if your alarm has been set home or away, or sometimes it doesn't notify you at all. This is why I am only giving it two stars. Please get it sorted

One of the worst apps I have used. When trying to arm or disarm the alarm more often than not the app crashes. Very frustrating.

Hello PhoneWatch The new app is showing I'm off line when I look for temperature readings. Also, when using the app to activate the alarm it is very slow and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I have contacted you and was told it was fixed- not happy with the new app.

App not working at all since 9th of April. It's always hit and miss with this app but now it's stopped. The phone watch service is great. It's a major shame the app is not at their standards.
