Excellent rates, great support team in call center but very poor execution. On 28/6- time for blood test 6.40 am. Not reached till 8.15. phone not picked up. Contacted call center. Sample taken. Received email of apology. On 30/6- test for wife at 9.45 am . No show. Phlebo refused to take call either from us or from his own call center. Patient was fasting. Ultimately cancelled and asked for refund. TOO UNRELIABLE. AVOID

Your delivery charges are so expensive, your rate of products (medicinal product,) are less than other apps which gave us quite relief but simultaneously your, delivery charges are very much high than others so overall we (consumers )found that when we placing orders from other apps it became lesser price than yours, so as a costumer we are going there.

Lab tests/diagnostics are just a bait with packages and offers. People are unprofessional. Incomplete reports delivered. Had to follow up multiple times and after 5 days the missing report was provided. By that time I got the test redone elsewhere. Sample collection appointment is a joke. Both times sample collection guys did not honor appointment for tests that require fasting. One guy said he will reach at 12:30 pm against 7 am appointment. Ridiculous.

Too too much delay and left with no support to trace your order. I've ordered a product, which was sent via delhivery courier, but Mumbai to Nasik which is just 150 kms they could not deliver till date from last 9 days. It shows it had arrived at Nasik from last 3.days but delivery is not made. I made a mistake that i paid in Advance. Never pay Advance to them, your product will reach too late.

Worst experience, ordered my child's Pediasure pack along with few more items. The order was not delivered and when I called the customer care team I was told that the delivery is pushed by a day. I explained them that I need the Pediasure pack the same day as promised as my child will have to miss his milk if I don't get it. They listened but said they can't help. Also, they changed the flavor of the drink in the order without my consent. Earlier Medplus was great, PharmEasy is bad.

Big NO if you want to get your diagnostic tests booked. Pathetic service after booking. Appointment booked but no one turns up. The technician does not pick the call to whom its assigned. Cust care no point in contacting , it's same answer all the time. Post the review posting , pharmeasy will put a standard message. Guys don't expect much service from these guys. Pathetic....
