There are quite a few bugs. I've booked a car twice and the car was not there when I went to collect it. Also, the app failed to finish my session, happened twice and had to call the customer support line bust no-one spoke English. I used GoCar in Dublin back in 2010 when it was there and never had these issues. Also, there is not enough cars for Prague, I'm seeking to buy my own car as it's not a solution.

Cars outside of the green zone do not show on the map and cannot be rented even though no-one is renting them. I had to call the customer service twice in order to start a reservation for such a car because it was not possible through the app. Please fix this

"Doporuč a získej" does not work. Let's see what will be next. UPDATE: charging station OC Kaufland in Modřany is placed in OBI instead of Kaufland. There is no information about your cars in the app.
