You can order coffee with this app, and it works. Also they seem to feel like sending you "alerts" that are advertising for coffee is reasonable behavior. What's worse you can't turn off the advertising alerts without also turning off the alerts that let you know when your coffee is ready.

Was great until I found out the hard way that the app limits orders to 4 drinks and 2 food items. Remove the limits and give longer pickup times for orders over 4 items. I had to use multiple phones to get the order in, why? There's no excuse for this horrible customer experience in 2021. Get with the times

The app is well designed, I like the carosel layout for selecting a drink. I also like the good integration with GPay for an easy payment flow. The ability to cancel your order within the first few seconds is definitely something I didn't expect, but I've used it at least once.

It goes against every fiber of my being to be forced to download an app and give all my personal info just to order a cup of coffee. Plus it's not even intuitive
