Just terrible! Since the last server maintenance, uploading data via bluetooth is ridiculously slow. It used to take about 60 seconds, which was already slow, but now it takes 3-4 times longer. And you can't let your screen go dark or do anything else with your phone while it's uploading data otherwise it'll start all over again. It's just a terribly designed app from incompetent developers.

Update 5/10/2021: This app has been pretty buggy. I've been using it since i started with my cpap in 2015, and every update has been buggy. It's such a letdown because the machine has been solid. Features are subpar, uploading via Bluetooth has remained troublesome since an update in 2018. I'm thankful to see the data, and this is why i gave 2 stars instead of one. With the amount of money i paid for the machine and how relatively easy it is to design a reliable app, this app is just shameful.

The last 'maintenance' that was done made the app practically unusable. After re-entering my info several times, including the serial number and new password, the data transfer that used to take seconds now takes minutes. And, all of the information must now be entered with every use. Phillips completely destroyed a once reliable and easy to use app.

Edit: fixed the white screen when attempting to login 10 seconds later. I was able to log into the app. To do so, you have to clear the app data. You can do it two ways, either press and hold the app until the pop-up for "app info" appears, then click app info, then click on storage and click on "clear data" then attempt logging in which should work as it did for me, or go to settings then apps, then find the dreammapper app, then proceed as aforementioned.

Used to work fine but stopped refreshing on my Android cellphone all of a sudden. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but didn't help. It indicated 100% data transferred but no new daily usage data shown. Tried emailing support but received no response. Eventually I unplugged the power of my Dreamstation, reconnected it, paired it with the blue tooth of my cellphone from scratch, and it started working again but for a few days only. Then it stopped synching again. I gave up.

Update 4/19/21: FINALLY started working again, but I'm not thrilled with the geolocator having to be active for syncing. -------- Time for a different brand machine! For over 2 years it worked fairly well, I started having intermittent problems after an update a month or 2 ago. After the "update" it asks to enable GPS EVERY time, and leaves the Bluetooth on my phone active when it's done. About week *before* the "server update" on 4/9-4/11 it quit syncing at all, just like i hadn't used it ever.
