i downloaded the app, and all I could see was a black screen, not even the grey, please fix this

Unfortunately, it keeps crashing on my Samsung s21 ultra. I have tried reinstalling multiple times, but nothing. The weird thing is that it works fine on my old phone. Philips seriously needs to work on bug fixes. *29/05/2024 7 months later and still no update to try and fix these issues that are being experienced by many users. Disappointing..

There are currently three Lumify transducers that work with the Lumify mobile app: the S4-1 sector or phased array, the L12-4 linear array, and the C5-2 curved array transducers.
