It is very difficult the connection! I lost much time to connect it!!!! When the machine go to stand-by, it lost the Bluetooth connection and it is hard to connect new one!!!!! The Philips or Saeco Company must have products that work well! I am thinking to buy another coffee machine of another company. Sorry, but I don't have time for connect all time!!!!!

In general the app works, but I have had a few odd issues. Issue one the app seems to spontaneously change liquid quantities, for example latte macchiato the coffee quantity will jump to 30 or 60. Second multiple times I have saved drinks, and works fine for a few days then I'll launch the app and it's like everything is cleared. I would expect that built in dinks would always retain factory settings allowing only per drink override and saving to favorite.

This amazing Bluetooth enabled machine is not onky easy to use but makes amazing coffee. You can select whatever type you want right from your phone, the strength, the amount and how hot you would like your coffee, tap your phone and it not only makes your coffee but the shows stay by stage as it's happening.

It would not pair with the Avanti, but after install and reinstalling several times it finally worked. BTW, customer service was no help and hung up.
