I really wanted to love this app! When I had my baby they were in the process of switching to a new app, so I did not have the chance to use the previous, which I see many comments about saying it was much better. I have been using this one for eight months and I am mostly unable to use the coupons. I only managed to use once at Ocado, which is also limited at one coupon per transaction rather than per package. Now I have £20 worth of coupona expiring soon and still paying full price for nappies

Easy to collect points and the rewards are great. However when I have tried to use the rewards the bar codes are constantly moving. When I contacted Pampers about this I was told the phone must be flat to scan. I've done this but it still didn't work. The option to have coupons sent out rather than digital would be good.

Unable to use barcodes at till for nappies. I have vouchers for money off nappies but I can't use them when purchasing nappies because the barcode jumps across the screen which means it can't be scanned, also the numbers for the barcode do the same so I have to pay full price for nappies even though I have vouchers. I have previously contacted customer services but the issue has not been resolved. I would be happy with just having paper copies as it seems so much easier and less stress.

Since this app got 'upgraded' I keep having problems with it. Vouchers that I earned from the point won't load or as I was told today at tesco they won't accept 'the moving barcode Vouchers' so what is the point of the app then?!??! Also they said my voucher 'expired anyway' when it was clearly saying it's valid until 19th of December! I am so disappointed that I'm thinking not only to uninstall this app but change the brand for nappies in general!

This app has become cumbersome to use, despite latest updated version the app takes forever to open and when I changed phones I lost all my earned rewards despite using the same log in details. Something isn't quite right.

Much worse after the recent update. Parenting page still under construction. No new offers on the offers page. The camera rotates sideways when trying to scan a barcode and the shutter button is in the middle(!) making it simply unusable. Did your devs try to use your own app? Also, you need to scan double the amount of barcodes (20 or more) than before in order to get a free nappy pack. While the app claims to be more rewarding, it is nothing but a marketing trick because it is actually worse.
