For requests that are already closed/no more, I'm unable to delete. How ironic. Also, for jobs with start date that is a couple of days back from current date which already are irrelevant, please remove them from listing.

There are a lot of bugs since the last update. Once you have opened a job the back button doesn't work preventing going back to the job list. It doesn't refresh to show new jobs. When clicking on a notification for a new job it doesn't show the new job, and have to manually try to refresh multiple times. I have to close and reopen the app almost every time I use it at the moment

The idea is fantastic but there are some very bothersome issues. I love the idea and generally speaking the app is clear. But there are major issues with notifications. I cannot choose to get additional job alerts or other via email and I NEVER get notifications on the phone. I missed at least 40 jobs because of this! There is no in-app way to get in touch with the management and they have poor response. I would also wish they'd add a calender or the option to sync it with the phone's calender.

Great idea of an app, zero response from the management, no contact number or anyway to reach them except by a very slow nom responsive chat, 3 days trying to reach them and nothing, long time to be approved, high percentage commission, irrelevant bookings, lagging application, asks you to upload same photos of your house and selfies for each service, complete waste of time.

They charge 15% for the bookings if you're a sitter. And on top of that the payment method takes another 5%. You loose half the money as a sitter on this app. So for example a 650dhs job they took 150dhs. And then according to what the app said if I transfer $100 or less it'd be charged 5%. So I waited and then transferred about $200 and then lost another 5% from that to PayPal. And that 5% is one jobs pay. So basically doing one job for free after they take half the money?

Great app overall! Annoying to have to communicate just through the app, though I understand this. Updates of activity during a dog walk are annoying as it sends alerts for each. Not able to receive enough information from the customer and quote different elements accordingly e.g. I never know how long the client wants their pet walked for so I have to make assumptions when quoting
