I'm at the end of my rope with this application. As I wrote in my last opinion they work great for a few weeks then started having a lot of trouble. After the last update which made my badge white instead of the blue one it originally had , the one phone I did get it to work on it works poorly drops out frequently, hard to connect. I can't even get it to stay on my other two phones. I installed it and every time I try to sign in it's boots me back to my phone screen. I've just about given up

AFter latest update noticed that there is no longer sound supplied with the short video clips sent from alert events. At least sound works on the live view. I'd like to have the audio option back for the alert clips though. Really hurt the app by removing the audio. Also hiding the garage door function in a place that was not intuitive to find was not the best move either. I really prefer the older app. Clips were easier to delete. I could swipe ten of them, then go back and hit the delete button on each. An improvement would be a "delete all" or the ability to highlight several for deletion all at once.

Update. So the new app is better than the old. Still has few glitches but now functions much better than before ****** OMG. How long does it take to fix the problems with the app??!! Customer service is nonresponsive and says reinstall. That doesn't work. Just fix the problem App keeps closing. Never had problems before, but over last few weeks having issues with the cameras actually capturing motion. Reset cameras, rules and triggers. Now the app just shuts down when I try to review activities

I really like the new app, but the home screen never shows an up-to-date picture of what is on camera, and only rarely refreshes, even after tapping the camera to view the live feed. I would still like to see sound as an optional trigger for actions, instead of only motion. It would also be really nice to be able to trigger a recording without getting an Android notification every time. I get so many alerts that I've basically started ignoring them all.

Worked great for the first year and a half then camera feed wouldn't load unless my phone was on the same wifi connection, making the whole system useless. Tried all the updates, including downloading and uploading updates to the cameras themselves, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing worked. Newest updated app didn't help or change anything with the problem. I now have three useless cameras watching my home that I can't connect to while I'm away.

"YOU MADE THE APP WORSE! FIX IT! MY CAMERAS NO LONGER WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!" ^- was my original review. I was hating the new update (cameras did not work, forever spinning blue loading symbol) now it seems to have got better because my cameras actually work now. I am more pleased, obviously, now that my cameras work. I never left a Play Store review ever, until now, for this app is very crucial and important to me.
