Old school, not user friendly at all, complicated membership with so many ID (imagine you have Membership Card ID, Username ID, Account ID....) and most importantly the content arrangement is messy and doesn't make sense. You need to spend more time to find the function you need, which in the end I rather talk to the shop's staff. Lastly, lousy design and totally garbage!

i really don't understand the need for this app? minimum top up have been revised to Rm100?? very limited merchant list, i dont know how to get around the app to check my balance. it felt unintuitive in this e-wallet war. you guys need to sit down and think what's next for this cuz whatever you guys are doing now... it doesn't work. I am uninstalling this with Rm8 in the balance and you guys can do whatever with the money. Bad app design, unfriendly to end users and pointless.

Not friendly user, lost my data & RM10 voucher when I went in / out of Penefit. should only use one apps instead of multi apps in one go.
