Hice mi pedido, el local la aceptó, luego alguien marcó mi pedido como entregado en menos de 15 segundos. Nunca me llegó mi pedido. Llamé al local y me dijeron que el pedido estaba a mi nombre y q faltaba que llegue el repartidor del pedido. Que creen?? Nunca llegó. Mi pedido tampoco.... ... ... Edit... Volví a hacer el mismo pedido un día después y todo excelente. Supongo q el problema radicó en el mismo local que aceptó el pedido sin tener el producto

Me cancelaron el pedido sin mi consentimiento y aparte lo hicieron cuando pasaron 1 hora después de que lo pedi no recomiendo esta aplicación los conductores hacen lo que quieren con los clientes.

Hice un pedido y la aplicación lo acepto 50 minutos después me escribe el de la moto y me dice que el restante ya no tiene pollo. Pésimo servicio

Pésima aplicación,se supone que el costo del envío aumenta mientras el restaurante está más lejos, pero no es posible que siempre me pongan las opciones de restaurantes más lejos de mi casa cuando tienen sucursales muchisimo más cerca! Aparte que me cobran más, tarda demasiado mi pedido porque obviamente solo me permiten ordenar de restaurantes que están al otro lado de la ciudad.

util pero no me gustan las aplicaciones que usan mis notificaciones como su tablero de publicidades personal. tuve que des-instalar porque cada que abro mi teléfono hay 3 de la misma notificación de pedidos. hasta que se arregle eso no volveré a instalar la aplicación.
