Works, barely. Each tag you try to link (wallet, key), fails the first time requiring hard reset before it works. Even then it doesn't work properly. My wallet tag gives an error when trying to check if there are any firmware updates. Also the app tracks 2 out of 3 devices. I presume the wallet tag doesn't work due to the corrupted firmware update or could be turning off and on background batt/mem usage made it stop tracking. Don't bother.

Rough set up. Had to look at reviews to find the correct reset button combo. I found if you press it 4 times and hold on the last click and wait till it beeps and let go(don't keep holding it well it beeps) then it fixes any issues with reporting battery. These will work till the Google ones ultimately come out as the bigger the eco system, the more likely you are to find things outside ur house. Also it currently doesn't work with Google home!

I normally do not have any trouble setting up and linking devices. After several attempts, I emailed the support desk only to have them with limited details and referring me back to the original scanned link that came with the app. I then deleted and reinstalled the app and is now working. I would suggest deleting and reinstalling for the Android.

Set up instructions aren't designed for non techies. Very frustrating. It says to press the logo twice to pair but the instructions will not close after pairing unless you hit cancel. Then, I do not know if they are paired. I see no instructions for using the device even if you do get it set up. Online instructions do not work. I can't even figure out if my device is charging or fully charged. I'm returning it.

Edit: to factory reset - tap 4 times and hold for about 10 seconds (hold on the 4th tap). When you hear the beeping, TAP 1 more time and you'll hear a jingle. the It can't even connect... Multiple factory resets will still not allow the clip or card to connect. To establish connection it's ONE press (not two as the app says). Then it says it's not in a pairing state and tells you to factory reset... It doesn't progress. I've tried multiple resets, resetting my Bluetooth, cache, and phone.

I ordered the found LTE and right out of the box I followed all directions to the full extent and I keep getting errors.. It will not pair and it will not work. The battery is fully charged. The green light is lit up and I tried this 12 times even went to their help center followed all directions Did everything the directions said? And I still get the same thing. So i'm very unhappy with this product at this point I do not recommend it.
