Having problems with the unit, constantly having to install and uninstall works 1 out of 7-8 times. Going to call Technical support. Have not even been able to set up up wallet locator.

Just purchased yesterday. Paired the stone to the app. Sitting on my stairway, looking down at the stone 20 feet away, it incompletely out of range. Find button is unresponsive. And the last location noted on the map is a corner of the house in another room the device has never been to. It has not moved outside the 10 feet radius of where I unpacked it from the packaging. Not sure what good a key locator is if they must not only be in plain sight but closer than 20 feet. What happens if i actually lose them? There are also no clear instructions on what the finder or the separation features are supposed to really do. Mine don't seem to work or do anything. There is also no clear indication of what the camera does. Mine only seems able to take selfies when I can't do anything out because the stone is out of ramge... Sitting across our living room on a foot stool. Sigh. I really want this to work.

WOW! Constant "beeping" even after i completely close the app out of the background. I have to go into my phones settings and "Force Stop" the app to get rid of a noise that i never wanted in the FIRST PLACE! Also, still frequently takes several attempts to make my keys ring even after it finds them with 100% signal strength. Has me searching all over the place not sure if it's not ringing or i am not close enough to hear it ringing.

um. this is very dumb. it's a tracker that you need to basically stand right on it to work. how is this thing a good idea? we tried it on a variety of phones. same issue... not in range and only 20 feet away from it.

download the update and it doesn't shut off the be-beep dawn noise for crowd GPS finding unless I log off it's unusable until they undo the update only way to use it is to log off out of the app

I too bought mine at Costco excited to use it I ripped open the packaging and now I see all the negative reviews... Mine fired right up, and has worked perfectly for 3 minutes so 3 stars, I put it on my keys, we see how it works
