I like the idea of this app, i.e. having all of our travel information in one place. But both our travel agent and we have had significant issues with it. In fact during our last trip we just stopped using it. So far, for our upcoming trip, the flights and hotels appear to be correct. But the daily tours, pickup and dropoff times, etc. are hit and miss. Furthermore some of us are unable to add documents while others can add documents but not delete them. The journal function is not smooth either
