Pretty good. Drinks are always ready on time. It's slow to load and sometimes tells me that I'm not online when I am. Main gripes: changing which location to place order at isn't as easy as it should be - that should be selected on the home screen. Removing an item from your cart should be the same as changing it's quantity.

Incredibly frustrating to work with. Either the cache is getting corrupted or the back-end systems are confused, but the app quite often doesn't reflect reality. Three days ago I was able to order a blend from the app that they haven't carried for months (it's seasonal) and encountered two very confused baristas when I arrived at the shop. Loading new gift cards to an existing one is painful. It often doesn't work, and when it does it kicks me back to the main menu after each one.

the app has been troubled in different ways for 10+ years. using it with one location works well, but if you use it for multiple, like when traveling, you hang up the app in partially or totally. now totally unusable 'app can't change locations'. previously i had to change location twice. and after I did it would still go to a different location. wish peets was more competitive on refills and loyalty points and milk ex charge same for any milk.

Unreliable & inconsistent. When I try to order through the app, I get error messages. My balance doesn't reflect the correct balance & I don't find out until I get to the store. Once I get to the store they can't add money to my Peets card, but I also can't do it through the app! Super frustrating! I prefer Peets over Starbucks, but they do a much better job with their app & making it convenient for their customers to add funds to their account in person or through the app. Peets needs step-up.

This app DOES NOT FUNCTION! I can't order anything online or at the register! It doesn't let me scan the barcode. It's been about a year that I haven't received any points for my purchases, like the Starbucks app. It doesn't let me add any payment methods (I tried adding credit and debit cards!) It also didn't let me update my contact info! Starbucks has overcome Peet's for a reason. They have a better working app and are generous with their rewards system & give out free beverages! UNINSTALLING

I keep getting the "Sorry something's wrong. Please check your network connection and try again" message when I try to sign in. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my connection. Everything is working fine on my phone except for this app. It has been days me trying to log in with the same message popping up after multiple attempts at reinstalling app and restarting phone. I am finally giving up. Zero stars.
