I'm a huge fan of Halal Guys, so I was excited when I read that I could get
double points when ordering on the app. Unfortunately, it didn't give me a
single point the last three times I ordered...fortunately, the manager gave

I'm going to give it 5 stars ONLY if you open restaurants in South Carolina. You have more than 10 restaurants in some states and 0 restaurant in SC? Very disappointing

Searching for locations is too difficult, doesn't save payment info for later, and now hasn't successfully placed an order the last three times I've tried using the app. Not worth the hassle.

The app is very straight forward. I can appreciate that. However there is
no way to put special instructions, like no tomato if you are allergic. I
recommend adding a special instructions option when making the
customizations in that section.

App keeps crashing I've tried on both of my phones, one Google Pixel 2 XL and the other Nexus 6P. Please fix as we're addicted to coming to the Long Island location on a weekly basis. I'll adjust my rating when the fix goes into place.
