I have registered via this application and asked waitress use my card number, she said reward number should be more than that. She looked up with my name and still no luck. Useless.

UI substandard. Cannot load card to use points, which seems would be a priority for GB to have customers use points as quickly and easily as possible to get rid of liabilities on ledger. There is no way to provide feedback on the app itself. And-you do not have an e-commerce component to reload GB points directly by credit card (think airlines) this needs to be a more dynamic app, reservations for where ever I travel, discount incentive to eat/drink at gb in travel are

I cannot order online or through the app so what's the purpose of having it to keep track of rewards that are not even correct in the system either? Went to the restaurant today to redeem my free Entree reward and also was suppose to have a $15 loyalty reward and didn't get either of them, but had to pay instead. Uninstalling app permanently.
