Same problem as others have had. Says 20 min. Wait when ordering. Then says an hour on the confirmation page. Other times I haven't been able to order asap and then have to randomly enter times to try and guess when my order can be ready. Also you can't get all the same selections as you can on the phone or in the restaurant. I will call in my orders going forward.

App states 20 mins for take out, then kicks it out an hour+ when the store receives it. Yet the food is cold and usually incorrect. Literally could have eaten in the restaurant faster than than it took for carry out. I want to like this app so much bc I enjoy eating there, but this is a HUGE waste of time and unbelievably inconvenient.

Would be better if this app accepted online orders as "visits" because I'm still spending money. In short, I feel that my pickup "visits" for takeout get dismissed because I'm not physically eating onsite. I'd feel my business was appreciated and I'd visit a lot more from home if my online orders counted.

Can't even place an order. When ordering it asks for make and model of vehicle and after selecting continue it just sits there. Cannot progress to the next screen.

It's a pretty app and used to have a good bit of functionality. For the last couple of years, I haven't been able to login because everything is in capital letters. No lower case. 3 phones. I gave it 1 star because it has potential.

App doesn't work very well. Thats there way out when your odrder is messed up. Delivery through the app....forget it. It took 2 hours for us to get cold food. You call to complain and they blame the delivery person. You ask how to get in contact with them. They don't know.
