Don't download! This is a very confusing app and works like no other rewards app I have. When you reach out to find out if they can help refund remaining funds because you don't want to use the app anymore, they tell you that you have to dispute the charge with your bank. I have missing points, doesn't show all of my funds that are there and I didn't get the free reward they promise for using the app.

This app is so slow, throws lots of errors, and takes a lot of resources. Often times I can't get it to load before getting to the window, it complains about ssl errors and just shows the splash screen. This is not a reflection of their custard, which is amazing and the reason I'll keep going back!

I love Andy's! I ate my very first sample cone almost a year ago and since then I have continued to go to Andy's for my shakes, and my concrete. They have such an awesome staff! They are all so friendly and helpful every time I order.. and I enjoy my experience there each and every time I go! I highly recommend going to this particular Andy's in Ahwatuke! They are all just so amazing and once you try Andy's you will want to come back time and time again! ❤️ whoever does the hiring is on point!

Terrible app. Cannot sign-in nor sign-up. If you forget your password, it won't let you reset it. It won't allow you to re-sign up, so there's no way to actually use the app. Terrible experience.

I love treating myself to this place. Very kind employees, great menu and good prices. Love the milkshakes (nice and thick) and you can pretty much put any topping on anything.

Great service all the time at my usual location & great frozen custard as well! I'm only giving the 3 stars because of how terrible the app acts. Whenever I open the app & use it, browse through, it is constantly lagging no matter how great my end of the connection is working. It gets overwhelming w/ how much it lags, I would love to be able to browse through the app quickly within a click, but it's impossible to do so. Please fix these problems & update the app for better, faster, & easier use.
