Its in Spanish and I am not fluent in Spanish. I also do not accept outside of US text messages to validate and be allowed to use the app. No email to let the company know my problem.

Pésima aplicación, me quitaron los puntos en la app y en la factura me cobraron todo el valor, llamé al local y me dijeron que no tenían capacidad para atender el pedido, me tocó esperar a que cerraran la tienda para que me llevaran el pedido casi 2 horas después, donde me cobraron todo el valor sin usar los puntos y por la app me los descontaron, si una tienda no está disponible, ¿para qué la ponen en la app?
