Extremely poor connection, works OK on WiFi, although still buffers. When using 4G the app is completely unusable, making the product pointless. It is the latest app software, and the device has also been updated today to the latest. Can this be fixed? If not, I will be returning the product shortly.

It only works if you are on the same wifi network, which makes it completely useless. I have the latest version of the app (1.5.8) and it does not work either, so this is not a solution. It would be a good idea to solve this quick, because the product is just worthless without a working software!

Just now I spent an hour to connect to pawbo using two different phones and 2.4g wifi but the app keeps on saying connection failed. I tried all 3 options but nothing worked...there seems to be an issue with the app based on recent reviews.

I can't connect to the camera unless it is on the same wifi network as my phone since a few days ago, can't access their support and there is no information about it anywhere. The solution given worked for a while but now the problem came back. Can't you keep your servers online?

Away from home and cannot access the Pawbo. What's the point of a release when it breaks things?? Unfortunate and disappointing! Obviously can't do the "fix" which is stupid because who uses the Pawbo when they're sitting next to it. It's meant to be used when you're NOT home. This is so annoying!
