Worst of all available ordering companies. Avoid if you don't want to receive a call one hour later from your order saying that it has been canceled and that you will get your money in a few days. It happens at least 10% of the time. Really disappointing.

Good enough app but you should allow us to see when the order starts to be delivered right away. Many times the delivery guy is downstairs already and i get notified way too late. Give us a little bit of a head start with the GPS/map look

There are certain pros and cons. Customer support is attentive but at same time if by any chance you order your food on Sunday, if Customer Service is required, no one is going to pick your call. Delivery crew are always pleasant. Id give five stars as soon as service gets improved.

Estimated delivery time 40 minutes. Ok. After being late for 20 minutes, they call to tell me it's gonna be another hour late. 2 hours delivery time from restaurant that is 5 km from my address. Trash service.

Beware! Recieved notification about 1 + 1 item deal on certain Restaurant, but in delivery I recieved only 1 item. After I called their support they said there is nothing they can do about it. Sounds like scammy policy to me.
