I love how easy this app is to use, taking only a few minutes each day to track symptoms and mood. Originally, I found PLM on the internet and accessed their site daily from my laptop. I had some life events that made that impractical and stopped using it for about 3 years. I'd all but forgotten about it when the app showed up on my Play Store's recommended area. I was thrilled to see it! I immediately downloaded it and have used it daily since then.

With this app you hear how others with your problems are handling things. Even if you don't get ideas of how they handle problems, you do find out that you are not the only one having the problem. You also might help someone else with your ideas. This is extremely helpful to me, although i admit that i haven't been on it for a while. I'm the one that suffers if i don't get on here. It is worth a try for you.

I like this app there is alot of support from people who are having same illness and helpful in keeping track of you medications and well just a great way to be proactive with your illness and health.

I love this app. It is like a best friend. I live with chronic pain along with other ailments, sometimes I feel alone. This app teams you up with PEOPLE like ME. We root for each other. You can post your feelings with a smiley or sad face. Maybe you need have a question or maybe you just want to journal about your pain or your good day. It is nice to go back and read your notes from months past and see comments your team posted, total strangers encouraging you to push through another day.❣
