Map should be more user friendly. When you search any destination with name, you can't find the location. Every time you need to point the location on the map. It is very time consuming and bore some. So pathao needs to upgrade the system. You can check with UBER map. You can easily put the landmark name on the map and map drives you to the exact location.

Reason for 1 star is basically the quality of drivers. I am a regular user of pathao. Most of the drivers take long routes to charge more. Also when i say about that they don't listen. Moreover i never misbehave with any of pathao drivers. Use accurate pick point and destination. 2 of pathao drivers told me to move forward from the pick point. I was late for 2 minutes.. cause i am human. Right? I cant teleport myself... there was no reason to rate me negatively. But they did. Now my rating is 96% without doing anything wrong. Although I paid more then i supposed to. I'll think about other alternatives now...as soon as possible i'll stop using pathao. Thanks.

Great app, Great services. But I have a suggestion, as a regular user. In the app, I have more than 20 saved addresses. When I try to set a destination location on the map for an unsaved destination, the 'set on map' option is at the very bottom of the list which is pretty inconvenient to swipe down and down and down to reach to. If the 'set on map' option is shown at the very top of the list, before all the saved locations, then it would help a lot. Please consider it for the next update. TIA.

The digital payment for food is a relief but it still needs to be improved. It's not as smooth an experience as it could be. Moreover there's no option to adjust the bill, even though it could be that an item I ordered isn't available or something about my order's amount changed. In that case I have to do COD after all. A system where I could choose the amount to pay would be great.

Pathao has come a long way and improved, but the app can be improved further. Currently my home address, street name, area, etc are completely different in the app, even when pinned correctly. The location in the app while real-time sometimes does not accurately point to the correct location when moving. Could be the fault of the network too. But this has been a great app for a Traveller who doesn't have their own vehicle.

It was raining today, I need to go somewhere. There were lots of bike available. It was urgent. None of them accepted the ride because it was outside ring road. I had to use in-Drive then even though I was always using this app. It was only 4 pm then. Clicking on notification doesn't lead to desired page with offer, it just leads to home page, unskilled developer issue maybe
