Message received in Pathao doesn't pop-up in screen and doesn't make any notification sound. Please make it pop-up in screen with notification sound. Better to show to today's completion rate and overall completion rate on dashboard.

It is a bad app, they give orders to pathao hero from 2-3 km away, does the order not come to the nearest pathao hero, the app does not show how far the resturent is, from 2-3 km away, only the time goes by, the customer gets the order late. But the customer does not have the option to cancel, he has to call the office directly. There is nothing to be done for the customer, so call the office directly and let them fix it.

You should upgrade your maps into rotating mode (2D) just like google Map app. According to Route findings problem, it's a solution. Also, we need to know about our trip details and route income info of trips before we accept the request. It's a big deal. Mind it Some new upgrades can change whole pathao services. Just get smart and get better. Good luck, pathao.

What the hell.... It's a customer based app not for riders... 14km is shown 12km... Going at the same location twice will show two different price one time 220 and 275 and they say because map sometimes uses different way so the price may vary...and the parcel service it's totally a loss deal for ridersss even if you have to go 2 km more than the original location the price will be the same...whatever happens only riders are gonna get squeezed others are gonna say asubidha ko lagi mafi chahanxau

Please don’t ride with this app. Most worst app and full of bugs,,,Don't calculated the right kilometres. Higher Commission rate. They don’t show pickup distance (km), destination distance (km). They try to customers cheap fare to cheat the rider toil. Don’t use this app.

It's a best & very easy useful app in Bangladesh for Raiders. Rules, communication technology, pay & earnings System also good. I am satisfied. But Notification sound is very pain full, & so boring. Please change the notification tune.
