Was talked into putting this on my new motorcycle when I purchased it from the dealership. The bike was for my daughter so I thought great idea I could keep track on her and make sure she was safe. Issue is in her motorcycle this unit is a junk. If she does not ride her bike for 3 days it drains her battery and leaves her stranded. Luckily the GPS works great so I am able to track her down to jump start the bike. Contacted dealership about product and was brushed off saying not their issue.

The app does not stay in real time and it does not update consistently unless you continue to hit "locate". The vehicle will be in the driveway, which is a set boundary, a good five minutes before it sends an alert. Also, the app frequently glitches. I will press "locate" and it will show the vehicle in one location (or stopped completely), then hit locate a second time and it will show the vehicle 10 miles away. This is seconds later and not possible. The app needs to be updated.

Does not locate vehicle all of the time as it's supposed to. I understand that the unit puts itself to sleep to conserve battery power, but it needs to locate vehicle ALL OF THE TIME. When it does locate my vehicle, it is very usually the wrong address. Please fix this. This was a very expensive unit to install, I expect it to work correctly!

The Concept is good the device does not consume energy at all so won't kill your battery. THE PROBLEM is the cost and the subscription you have to pay. You can have a 4G tracker with remote start and status report of your vehicle at a fraction Of their annual contract. Take a look into CARLINK OR VIPER SMART REMOTE OR DRONE.

The older version I had of this app worked perfectly every time .... Now, since the update, it doesn't work at all!!! if it ain't broke, don't _ _ _ _ with it!

The app is alright. Nothing really special. The UI is plain as they come. Would be better if you can track your vehicle in real time and show it moving, instead of always having to press "locate".
