Extremely user-friendly, takes very little time to buy a ticket and you can even set it to open with the active ticket and automatically maximize the brightness so the bus driver can see it clearly. Also, it's tied to your email account, not your phone, so if you lose your phone you can just download it again, log in, and still have your same pass with no interruption. It won't slip from your fingers or fade and stop working like the paper passes.

the app kick me off so i uninstalled and then reinstalled to make sure there werent any problems and when i went to put the pin it texted me it rook five minutes to load before telling me it was the wrong one and then ot said no internet connect of which i had full service and wifi connected to my phone. what is going on with the app?
