the phone number is different than my account number and the app doesn't allow me to change the number to get a code, government workers at their best here

I have had this app for a long time, now my credit card needs to be updated and i am running through huge issues just trying to upload a new form of payment - no one to talk to, no customer care service or tech assistance. such disappointment !!!!!!!

I'm an occasional visitor to Toronto but come in randomly so I've kept the app installed. Every time I reboot my phone I get "reminders" of sessions that expired a year ago, with no way to mark them as read or otherwise clear them permanently.
