Very buggy. My account is at $0 and my card expired. I deleted the old card and added a new card however I am unable to add balance to my account. I tried auto reload and starting a parking session neither charge my card. I tried to figure out how to deactivate my account to sign up again. Instructions on website are outdated.

I wasn't a fan at first of setting up an account and putting money on it but now that I've used the app a few times, it is pretty convenient to not have to dig for enough change and pay while in a hurry or on the go, so definitely a helpful app all-around.

Hi I am a new comer in Toronto and still have a french phone number. THis app considers me as offlne even I am correctly connected to the 4G. Why? Note that it works when I am connected to the wifi. Please also note that I tested other application correctly in 4G even with with this french phone in Toronto (Google Maps, Waze, etc ...) PLease correct else unusable by visitors / tourists Regards

I received a parking ticket because of this stupid app keeps adding steps and it's not straight to the point. Multiple questions to confirm the payment and you reach to a payment summary with the time thinking payment is completed... And yet, payment still not conformed and you need to press one more button. So disappointing!

Love this app! So convenient and easy to use. Only negative is that you can't change the location or cancel if you accidentally enter the wrong location number.

Often this app doesn't find the closest metered but the closest lot. A bit frustrating given your at a greenp meter and can only find the number after stepping out the car. Otherwise it's an okay app
