Worked fine (is very user friendly) but it would be better if there was an option to end a session and get a refund for the time not used. Like if you pay the max (which can sometimes be $9.00 for 2 hours downtown), but only end up parked in that spot for 50 minutes, I would like to get back the money I spent for a spot I was only parked in not even half the time I paid for

Why are you using expired credit card numbers in order for users to reset their pins??? Most people destroy old credit cards plus the fact that this is a totally insecure way to verify identity. What if someone lost their credit card or had it stolen? And when did a credit card number become account identifier? Going to keep using the meters until this changes... absolutely baffled that a security flow like this could have been approved.

This app doesn't work at all. I created an account and it never let me log back in. It charged my credit card 3 times. Any time I try to log back in it makes me go through the steps to create a new account. This user flow is awful. Hope they chose to go with a developer that actually fixes bugs. Not passport.

The app worked great! It would be even better if your card was just charged for the amount used that day. I had to upload $20 but only spent about $6 in my transaction and will not be using the remaining balance soon.

Such an easy and convenient way to pay for parking. I like that I don't need to go back and forth to pay for parking and also like that it sends me alerts when the meter is running low.
