I use this app every day to park in front of my business. Does not alert me when I'm almost out of time. I cannot change zones if I need to run to the bank. You'll get ticketed during 10 minute lockout periods if you forget to add money to your meter. My app must have crashed as I added money today so I still got a $40 ticket.

I've had this app on my phone for about 10 days. A security guard at a health facility I'm at 3 times a week recommended it b/c I was running out of time on the meter. I use 3—4 times a week and I am very happy with it. Its super easy to use, there arent any annoying ads, u can use it from ur car or whereever u r and the best part is when u get to only 5 mins left the app alerts u w/a honking horn so u can add money before it runs out. This is one of the best apps on my phone right now.

This app has literally made my work days so much easier. I drive to different locations throughout the city all day and dealing with meters has always been annoying. Also, I can easily submit receipts for reimbursement now, which I never bothered doing before because of the hassle. LOVE THIS APP!

Parking authority sucks, the meters are terrible and this app is often times inaccurate with the rules for parking. Do a better job!!!

Beware "convenience" fee. I dont think forced extortion should be considered convenient. Make sure your plate is correct because that's all they care about and will ticket you even if you have paid and have a receipt. This app is practically required as they quietly changed the process to go by plate alone, reciepts are ignored. Also signage is poor, you can park under a sign telling you hours of valid parking but at the corner of the street no where near where you parked there may be a sign contradicting the first sign. Don't less this app lull you into a a false sense of security, these jerks are hunting to find a way to fine you. They dont refund if you leave early and delays in updates can open you up to fines after time expires. Albany should be discounting rates for visitors to use this app. It's a racket, Albany is horrible!

Being able to pay on the go is very convenient, and saves some time. It's also easier to "feed" the meter, so you don't have to worry about your stay going long.
