Won't process credit card payments. Makes it quite impossible to park.

Easy to use. It would be nice if they were more up front about the convenience fee. Suggestions to make this easier/more intuitive for users: - GPS to find zones, since they're not always obviously posted. - Ability to nickname frequently used zones. - Ability to choose when to start time so you can pay ahead of time, esp where there's poor reception or paid hours haven't begun.

As others have mentioned, this app bizarrely doesnt let you pay with a credit card that has a CVV number for secure online purchases. Isnt that every credit card? Also has some sketchy permissions. Why does a parking app need to access the photos on my phone? Shame on the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority for using this company as the sole option for parking. I wasnt able to pay for parking when visiting Scanlon Creek and had to risk a ticket. Will reconsider even visiting in the future.

This didn't work for me because it was poorly implemented. I wanted to park from 7 am to 3 pm. App wouldn't allow me to pay at 7 am as parking was still free at that point. I would have had to park and then, at 9 am, remember to call up the app and pay. That was going to be inconvenient at 9 am. So I paid at the meter instead.

Only suggestion I have is add support for visa debit, and/or Google pay for those people who don't have access to a regular credit card

Sign at conservation area says season pass covers all parks in the area. Arriving at second destination to walk trail asking us to pay yet another $40. DONT RECOMMEND SEASON PASS. I'd like to make this request for refund public as feel misled.
